We are the appointed Service Provider for a young man living independently in his home near Woodstock. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced support workers to join our dedicated team. Your role will involve providing essential care and support for daily living activities, ensuring our service user thrives in his home environment.
Key Details:

- Support Structure:Â 2:1 support, 7 days a week

The role:
- Implementing good working practices and a strong role model
- Managing and implementing meal plans. Activity plans and healthy living choices for the client.
- Driving and taking the client out.
- Completing care records digital and manual
- Working as a team.
- Support updating Risk Assessments
- Administration of Medication and financial records.
Candidates will need:

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience working with young adults and autism / Learning disabilities
