As a Sous Chef, youll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Head Chef, youll:

  • Help manage kitchen rotas, order stock, and oversee food preparation.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes and a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Deliver delicious, beautifully presented meals that enhance our guests holiday experience.

Were looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
