- Salary: £12.94 per hour.
- Contract: Seasonal (February to November).
- Hours: Full-time or part-time, with shifts between 7:30am and 11pm.
- Location: Golden Coast Leisure Park, Woolacombe, North Devon, EX34 7HW.
As a Sous Chef, youll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Head Chef, youll:
- Help manage kitchen rotas, order stock, and oversee food preparation.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes and a positive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Deliver delicious, beautifully presented meals that enhance our guests holiday experience.
Were looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
- A friendly, adaptable attitude with a passion for creating great food and even better experiences.
