Main purposes of the job: * Your main goal will be to help prepare, cook & serve our pupils tasty and nutritious meals, in line with any special dietary requirements, thereby supporting them to develop healthy bodies and minds. * Adaptability is key to meeting the evolving needs of our children and young people; so you will need good organisational skills to prioritise tasks and help supervise others to work effectively. * You will be required to provide support and cover for the Head Cook on occasion, so sound catering knowledge and experience, along with relevant food safety & hygiene qualifications are essential.
