Our client is a well-regarded, award-winning estate agency group and currently has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead the residential sales team in Worcester Park.
You will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch. This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence. You'll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
You'll be tasked with effectively retaining, recruiting, developing, and managing a team, leading by example, and providing an exceptional service to each and every customer.

Personal specification:
• Recent experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry• Strong leadership and people management skills• Exceptional customer care/service experience• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Hold a Full UK driving licence.
