Sonic Summary

The job is for a Proven IT Manager at a specialist care provider with around 130 users across 7 offices, primarily located in the South East of England.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and be able to drive to various office locations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing IT strategy, budget management, and line management of IT staff in a largely Microsoft technical environment.
The role requires a strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform/Power BI, and experience with third-party systems and APIs.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, reflecting the hands-on nature of the role.

Proven IT Manager for specialist care provider.

Circa 130 users / 7 offices.

Head office in Surrey with other offices largely around the South East.

Due to hands on responsibilities you must be able to drive to attend the other offices

Hands on & budget, strategy & road map responsibility.

Largely Microsoft technical environment.

Key competencies required:

Good understanding/experience of MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform/Power BI & Data Analytics, (to include appreciation of bespoke development practices)
Supporting third party systems & API's
Direct Responsibility for IT strategy & road map across the Business
Line Management of IT staff
Management of Hardware suppliers & outsourced IT services/support/MSP contracts
Oversee Asset/hardware management & software licensing, eg cost management, standardisation of hardware & peripherals
