Successful Plumbing, Heating and Electrics firm is looking for an organised dynamic Administrator and Bookings Coordinator to join our small, busy, office team. You should have at least 2 years office experience and it would be hugely advantageous to have worked in a similar role. Ideally we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

You should really enjoy talking to clients, answering their queries and working out problems, be able to think on your feet, have an eye for detail and want to deliver excellent customer service. Most of our correspondence is done by phone and email, answering new customer calls, booking in work, talking to suppliers and engineers about jobs and parts, and building relationships with our larger corporate clients for their repeat business.

You will be joining a small administrative team in our office in KT4 (5 mins walk from Tolworth station). We are a family run business in our twentieth year of trading, endorsed by several regulatory bodies upholding our values of customer service and professional service for all our customers. We look after private residential customers for all their repairs and new installations of boilers, electrics and plumbing as well as holding many preferred supplier contracts with Landlords and Estate Agents across the whole of London.

We use Xero accounting system (we will train you fully) to raise and send out invoices to customers and an integrated CRM system for booking in work and taking engineers job reports. You need to be reasonably numerate and have an excellent command of written and spoken English to enable you to effectively liaise with our clients.

The role is varied and busy:

- Managing a hectic schedule for our teams

- Taking calls and answering emails requesting works to be carried out

- Managing engineers who work out in the field attending properties

- Processing payments from customers

- Managing job updates from our engineers, taking details on further works, ordering parts, writing up and sending out quotes to customers

- Working closely with property managers to assist them with the repairs and maintenance of their property portfolios

- Credit control / invoicing using Xero accounts system

You will be working in a small friendly office based team. Your office hours will be between either 8-5pm, 8.30-5.30pm or 9am-6pm with some Saturdays paid overtime on a rota basis and you will need to be flexible to work any of these shifts.
