My client is a leading luxury hotel with a commitment to delivering ahigh quality but informal guest experience. We are looking for a Hotel Manager who is highly personable with exceptional people skills who can communicate with a wide range of stakeholders across the team but who also has a keen eye for the little details that make this hotel stand out from its competitors. You will be supported by an experienced team of department heads and a wider team who are equally committed to providing the outstanding experience this venue is known for.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Hotel Manager:

  • Lead and inspire department heads and their teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching.
  • Drive high standards across all areas of the hotel.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and resources to meet business needs.
  • Monitor guest feedback to continually enhance service delivery and resolve issues proactively.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in the hotel sector. Whilst you’ll have experience across the whole hotel, you will have a particular keen eye on the F&B offering
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
  • A passion for excellence and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and analysing performance metrics.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
