Accounts & Audit Senior
My client is an Accountancy practice based in Worcester, and they are seeking and Accounts and Audit Senior. The position within the company represents an excellent opportunity for career progression. Ideally, you'll be ACCA or ACA fully qualified with a minimum of three years of accountancy practice experience working in an audit & accounts role.
The role will predominantly focus on delivering statutory audit & accounts services to a broad portfolio of clients with an 30% audit and 70% non-audit split.
You will have regular contact with clients, and as such you'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients quickly. The successful candidate will need to be technically strong with close attention to detail and have a can-do attitude to problem-solving.
Position Overview
- Preparing year end accounts
- Assisting managers and partners with the planning of audits
- Prepare audit field work at client premises
- Liaising and developing relationships with business owners
- Lead on a variety of audits
Position Requirements
- ACA or ACCA part qualified preferably
- Experience working within a practice is essential
- Broad background and experience of accounts, tax and audit
- Full UK driving licence
Position Remuneration
- Salary up to Circa £45,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Working Week Monday to Friday
- Working Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm / Friday 9:00am - 16:00pm
