Key Responsibilities
- Leading the accounts and advisory function, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Managing and developing client relationships to provide strategic financial advice.
- Overseeing compliance, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for business development and growth.
- Mentoring and developing junior staff to enhance team performance.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven leadership skills within an accountancy practice environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
