Accounts Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to join our Clients’ team. The ideal candidate will support the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reporting. This role is essential in assisting produce monthly financial analyses and maintaining the financial health of the organisation.Role Responsibilities:

• Processing of supplier invoices & staff expenses
• Responding to supplier queries
• Bank reconciliation
• Supplier payments & issuing of remittances
• Support month-end closure
• Ensuring compliance with company policy & financial regulations
• Performance of general accounting administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working within a finance team
• Knowledge of Sage 200 ideal, knowledge of Sage software a requirement
• Knowledge of the Sicon module within Sage 200 beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication detail
