Due to expansion, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant at our Worcester office, where you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service both behind the scenes and front-of-house.

About the role

This is a multifaceted role where you'll provide essential front-of-house and administrative support, working closely with our Operational Support department to make a real impact.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the friendly face of our office, welcoming clients and visitors in a way that reflects our professional and approachable brand values.
  • Managing day-to-day tasks such as answering calls, handling mail, arranging couriers, and overseeing deliveries and collections.
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring all client-facing areas are immaculate and ready for use.
  • Keeping the office stocked and running smoothly by managing supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
  • Assisting the Office & Facilities Manager with Health & Safety compliance and contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Offering flexible support to various departments, including Finance, Workforce Planning, HR, and Recruitment.
  • Taking on first aid and fire marshal duties, ensuring the safety of our workplace.
