CY Resourcing is working alongside a reputable organisation in Worcester to find permanent Business Support Administrator. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and provide customer service support, including handling call queues.
  • Open and maintain customer supply accounts, ensuring all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Accurately analyse and process data within relevant systems to support business operations.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of multiple system databases.
  • Offer analytical support, including tasks such as benchmarking and compiling shopping basket data.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for system and process guidance, particularly regarding the Procure Wizard ordering and stock portal.
  • Coordinate sales support activities in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Provide general assistance and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Position Requirements

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a combination of administrative experience, strong communication abilities, and organisational skills.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous administration experience, with strong organisational and communication skills, including the ability to confidently handle phone inquiries.
  • Strong attention to detail, alongside excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to team work, with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet SLA deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to handle data accurately.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
