Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a healthcare organisation with offices based in the Worcester area. This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join this leading company and support their full office function.

The position is an exciting and varied role, it will include appointment scheduling, call handling and data processing. If you are someone with a keen eye for detail then we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for candidates who are ready to start a new opportunity from January but interviews may be conducted before Christmas.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, lasting at least 3 months with the possibility of being extended. Hourly Rate: £12 -£15ph

Hours - 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday

Free on-site parking

Some of the duties will include:

  • Managed a shared team inbox
  • Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Arranging appointments and managing calendars
  • Creating and issuing correspondence including emails and letters
  • Scanning in and filing post
  • Maintaining accurate records on the database
  • Supporting teams within the Head Office with adhoc administrative tasks

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within an administrative role - a healthcare setting would be preferred but is not essential
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong IT knowledge and comfortable with learning new systems
  • An investigative problem-solver
  • Organised, professional, team-player
  • Experience within the Healthcare sector is desirable
