Job Role:Design Engineer
Location:Worcestershire
Salary:45,000 - 50,000(Depending on experience)
Our client, a leading producer of excavator attachments in the UK with an expanding presence in the US and Europe, is seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join their team in Worcestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focusing on designing products for customer orders.
- Work with predominantly metal fabrications and solid bearings, with occasional involvement in hydraulics.
- Collaborate with a team of 4 other engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs.
Essential Requirements:
- Ability to travel to the site and have personal transport.
- Hands-on manufacturing and welding knowledge would be an advantage.
- Commute to the workplace must be within 45 minutes.
- A solid track record of employment in relevant engineering roles.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Creo Parametric is preferred, but candidates with CAD experience in other software will also be considered.
- Familiarity with PDM systems is beneficial, but not a requirement.
