Sharp knowledge of retailer specification standards, including allergens, food safety, legal labelling, and ingredient declarations

Hands-on experience writing retail specifications and reviewing raw material documentation

A curious mindset and an eye for detail when working with multi-layered ingredient specs

Ideally knowledge of FIND, in particular completed specifications for major supermarkets and food halls.

The Kind of Person We're Looking For:

Meticulously organised with exceptional attention to detail

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative team player with the confidence to work with senior team members

Someone who lives and breathes there core values: Teamwork, Quality, Honesty, and Passion
