My client is a looking for a talented and ambitious Architectural Technician to join their knowledgeable team in Worcestershire. The practice pride themselves on creating designs across projects of all scales in the Commercial and Industrial sectors whilst ensuring client's expectations are always exceeded.

The successful Architectural Technician will have a strong attention to detail and sufficient Industrial and Commercial project experience. You will need to be motivated and have an ambition to grow and progress your career.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
  • Sufficient experience post-qualification
  • Industrial experience is essential
  • Understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of industry standard software
  • Keen eye for detail and innovative design flare
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
  • Confidence to learn and manage projects from inception to completion
