We are looking for an Experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team of a well established organisation in their Worcester office. This role is offering a temporary position with a central location, close to local transport links.
Accounts Payable Assistant
Monday to Friday
Worcester area
Temporary contract
13-14ph paid weekly via umbrella
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be:
- Involved in working with a backlog of queries and supplier statement reconcilliations
- Deal with AP queries and checks
- Checking invoices for accuracy and generating purchase orders
- General finance admin as required
To be succesful as an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will need:
- A background in AP finance
- To have dealt with invoices, purchase orders etc
- To have good customer service skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
