What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and service injection mould tools to strict TPM schedules.

  • Troubleshoot and repair injection mould tools following breakdowns.

  • Support production teams with tool repairs and maintenance as required.

  • Make improvements and carry out minor modifications to injection mould tools.

  • Stay on top of health and safety regulations to ensure tasks are completed safely.

  • Stay organised, keeping track of records and time management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Time-served apprenticeship in toolmaking with an ONC/HNC in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with plastic injection mould tooling, ideally in the automotive industry.

  • Expert-level skills in milling, turning, and grinding machinery.

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.

  • A proactive, self-sufficient mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
