As one of the market leaders in the hydraulics sector, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join the team. This is a great opportunity to build a sales career within a well established company that has been operating for nearly four decades.

BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £42,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Executive / Pumps / Hydraulics

As our Sales Executive, you will represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services. Full training on our products will be provided to support your introduction into our successful business. In order to achieve company objectives, time management and keeping your diary full and up to date is essential.

Your main responsibilities will be:
· 50% account management and 50% new business development.
· Maintaining and building long lasting customer relationships.
· Regular face to face customer meetings.
· Identifying emerging markets and market shifts by being fully aware of competition status.
· Preparing quotations and proposals.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Sales Executive / Pumps / Hydraulics

With a strong business sense and previous experience in the hydraulics industry, having meticulous attention to detail, is key to success in this role.

Along with these essential attributes, you will:
· Have the ability to cold call on prospective clients and close sales.
· Ideally have experience in export sales and working with clients overseas.
· Have a technical background with knowledge of hydraulics.
· Be an expert at planning your time to maximise your time in front of your customers.
· Have a valid driving licence

Reporting directly to and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be fully supported and trained in our products to ensure continued success in this role
