A friendly, but professional and vastly experienced integrated marketing agency is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build the team and drive short and long-term revenue growth. You will take responsibility for developing effective sales strategies, building and managing a team and their performance and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. In return, you will receive a salary of c£28,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus a bonus and benefits package. As Sales Manager, you will:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop databases of warm leads and manage them through to new customers
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks related to sales operations are completed efficiently.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager with:
  • Proven ability to develop new business, and sell the services we offer.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in communicating clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong administrative skills to manage documentation and reporting processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.
  • Previous experience in selling within the: marketing, advertising or creative sectors.
