Business Development / Sales ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and contribute to the success of a leading organisation in the manufacturing and distribution sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing key accounts, and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve ambitious targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management:
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts to ensure sustained sales growth.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, both domestically and internationally.
  • Develop and execute account management plans to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with the marketing team to amplify brand presence and generate qualified leads.
Business Development:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead qualification to deal closure.

Marketing Strategy:
