Our client is an independent insurance company who is looking to expand their team with the addition of a commercial account handler, based at their well-located offices in Worcester. They are looking for someone who has previous commercial insurance experience that can manage existing client relationships whilst working effectively to develop new opportunities.
The role:
• Managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining and building relationships whilst driving forward an excellent service.
• Handling new and existing enquiries on behalf of the Senior Executives
• Completing all administration duties including adjustments and renewals
• Maintain and update all files with all telephone and email communications and exchanges
The candidate:
• Previous experience working in commercial insurance
• CII qualifications • Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment and work to your own initiative
