Senior Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse range of projects.

As part of this opportunity, you'll be involved in property maintenance, condition surveys, and project management, ensuring the efficient delivery of works to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building inspections and assessments.
• Manage and deliver surveying projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert advice on building regulations and compliance.
• Oversee maintenance and repair programs for a range of properties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• RICS Chartered Building Surveyor (or working towards).
• Proven experience in building surveying.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
