Job Title: CNC Mill Programmer/Setter/Operator
Location: Worcester
- Flexible working hours
- 39-hour work week with the possibility of overtime (paid at 1.5 times the base rate)
- Four weeks of fully paid sick leave, two weeks of half pay

Our clientis looking for a skilled CNC Mill Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their team. Experience with Hurco machines and WinMax is advantageous, but not essential, as training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC mills independently
- Collaborate effectively with the team
- Ensure high-quality production standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience with CNC programming, setting and operating milling machines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Advantageous skills & experience
Cad/Cam programming experience a distinct advantage
