My client, an engineering company based in Worcester, is seeking to hire a Trainee CNC Operator on a Temp to Perm or Permanent basis.
The shift schedule includes working four days from Monday to Thursday, with rotating shifts from 0500-1500 and 1500-0100.
Candidates should have previous experience as a Machine Operator or some familiarity with CNC Machines in an Engineering environment, along with a passion for Engineering.
The starting salary for this position is £26,000, which will increase to £28,000 upon successful completion of the probationary period.
The ideal candidate must be willing to adhere to Health and Safety rules and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
