An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning and Development Lead Partner, up to £65k + Car.
Worcester base location with travel to other sites - average week 2-3 days per week on site/ travel, 2-3 days per week WFH.
Reporting into the Head of HR, as Learning and Development Lead Partner you will work across the division to then shape and define the L&D strategy. The role will identify needs and gaps from a learning perspective and then design and deliver effective solutions using a range of innovative Learning materials. The remit will include talent development, culture and engagement. The role will work with multiple stakeholders with differing needs and requirements.
As an experienced Learning and Development professional you will have experience from LNA, development of strategy as well as delivery and facilitation. You will have ideally worked within operational, multi-sited businesses and have the capability to flex your style appropriately.
