Adecco Worcester are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our brilliant client who are a dynamic and innovative organisation. They are committed to providing excellent customer service and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for taking and processing live sales orders through the website and ERP software. Your ability to create new customer accounts and maintain accurate record-keeping will contribute to the organisation's efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will address customer enquiries via email and phone, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
