Do you have experience in supervising gangs on water tank and concrete repairs sites? My client, a growing contractor working with water utility companies such as Severn Trent, Scottish Water and Northumbrian Water, is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of clean and waste water sites.
Your role will involve supervising the on-site workforce, monitoring and conducting regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards, conducting safety briefings and maintaining safety records.
This is a site-based role, working in locations across North Wales and the West Midlands, such as Worcester and Shrewsbury.
The ideal candidate will come from a Water background but general concrete repairs experience will be considered.
Additional details:
·Weekly Pay;
·Basic hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm (39 hours per week);
·Company van + fuel card provided;
·5% Matched pension contribution;
·32 Days' Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays);
·Overtime:
Travel time over 1 hour is paid for an hourly rate
Mid-week & Saturday morning: x1.5
Saturday afternoon & Sunday: x2
Staying away: £20-£30 per day bonus + subsistence allowance + accommodation paid for
