Working for this hotel and spa brand the Director of Sales & Marketing will play a key role in helping to design and develop sales and marketing strategies to help develop the brand and help deliver revenue growth across all areas. The Directors of Sales & Marketing will take responsibility for the reservations and marketing teams, and work with senior leadership to deliver continued growth but also an enhanced product and brand.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Build relationships with senior leaders to ensure there is collaboration on all initiatives
  • Regular analysis of the market and competitor landscape to ensure that you are aware of opportunities and trends
  • Lead on marketing and communication strategy including working with PR partners, and developing marketing material across all channels
  • Provide commercial awareness across all revenue generating areas

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Sales & Marketing) with hotels, spa's, hospitality etc is essential
  • Experience of leading varied teams and helping improve performance
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with senior leadership colleagues
  • Good financial skills able to review forecasts, demand analytics etc
