This two form entry school focuses on creating a safe and stimulating environment for pupils of all abilities. As a graduate SEND teaching assistant working one to one with a child who has autism, it is critical in this role for you to possess a great understanding of autism, and have an overall caring nature.

THE ROLE - Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant
This full-time role will see you working in Worcester Monday to Friday each week. You will be tasked with providing direct support to a child in reception with autism and ensuring the child's needs are met, whilst also overseeing their academic process and overall enjoyment and safety within a vibrant primary school.
