The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant* Graduate Teaching Assistant position supporting students in Worcester schools.* Provide assistance to students in both individual and group settings, helping to engage and support their learning.* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.* Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students, helping them to reach their full potential.* Implement strategies to manage behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain focused and motivated throughout lessons.

About You:* A Graduate teaching assistant, or have been employed in a similar role supporting children's learning.* An enthusiastic, patient individual with strong communication skills.* Located in or near the Worcester area, with the flexibility to work across different schools in the region.
