A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an experienced Ecologist to join their team. This role offers a mix of fieldwork and office-based tasks, working on diverse projects across England and Wales.
The Role as an Ecologist:
- Conduct surveys for bats, reptiles, great crested newts, badgers, and birds.
- Produce reports, including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and Biodiversity Net Gain assessments.
- Assist with survey planning, data analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to EPS mitigation licences.
Based near Worcester, with flexible working options available.
Ecologist Benefits:
- Salary: 26,000 - 32,000 (DOE)

Ecologist Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant subject + 2+ years' consultancy experience.
- Strong skills in PEAs, BNG assessments, and botany.
- Experience with bat surveys (NE bat licence desirable).
- CIEEM Qualifying/Associate membership.
- Full driving licence & own vehicle.
