At Inspire Neurocare we help people become more independent through rehabilitation. We support younger adults who have had brain injuries, strokes and spinal injuries, or who live with disabilities such as MS.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager with extensive experience within Neuro Care to work with us. This role will be based on site at our Inspire Worcester service.

Could you be part of our team?

The successful applicant will be/have...

  • Minimum of two years experience working as a Registered Manager, preferably within a Neurological environment.
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (preference)
  • Knowledge of clinical standards and policies with a sound understanding and experience of Neurological conditions and working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Review, evolve and improve all of the care home services through seeking and reflecting on feedbacks coupled with implementation and close monitoring of robust quality assurance systems
  • Organise the care home resources and seek support from the wider group to ensure that the business meets, and where possible, exceeds financial and other commercial targets
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages including word and Excel
  • Understand and demonstrate empathy and possess a desire to make a difference to the lives of our residents
