The company are looking for a good commuinicator, for the daily chat as well as to help and organise others within the work setting and have the ability to make strong logical decisions to resolve potential problems.
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you should have mechanical and electrical experience, with a recognised apprenticeship / ONC or HNC, with some experience within a Food FMCG environment.
Your responsibilities will involved
- To ensure effective handover of information across shift
- Uses PMS to support prioritisation and problem solving (RCFA)
- To diagnose faults and to test , repair and maintain Mechanical / Electrical equipment
- To observe, recognise and report on machinery or component defects or symptoms of impending failure
- Contact OEM's and other suppliers for technical support
Your Qualifications:
They require a Electrical bias Engineer, so ideally 17th/18th edition, PLC exposure/understanding, fault finding and rewiring experience. Alongside this, mechanical reactive and preventative breakdown, Pnuematic and Hydraulic experience.
You must have Food Hygiene understanding and have worked along these guidelines.
For this role you must have worked in the FMCG manufacturing industry previously as this will be an advantage.Â
