Here at Winner Recruitment, we are working with a leading Service Provider who are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our dynamic team and help deliver world-class facilities management solutions on 11 sites covering Worcester, Redditch, and Bromsgrove.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Electrical Engineer you will work across 11 sites performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems including generators, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms and AHUs
  • You will also perform planned and reactive maintenance across general fabric repairs.
  • As an Electrical Engineer, you must ensure you are compliant with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • You will quote for ongoing work and upload these details onto the CAFM system
  • As a Electrical engineer you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary Subcontractors to optimise facility performance.
  • You will provide technical support to an apprentice engineer

Candidate:

  • As a Facilities Engineer you must hold relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds Electrical installation & 17th Edition or Qualifications within AC
  • It would be desirable for the candidate to have 2391 Test & Inspect
  • The candidate must have strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
  • You must have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
