You’ll collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals, deliver meaningful analysis, and support strategic initiatives that drive the business forward. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to develop, analyse, and support financial plans and forecasts
- Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to aid in decision-making and optimise performance
- Collaborate with teams to monitor budgets, improve financial visibility, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
- Lead on financial modelling for strategic projects, including growth initiatives and operational improvements
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the ongoing development of financial systems and processes
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) / Part qualified and actively studying with strong finance business partnering experience
- Proven track record in providing commercial insights within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Salary and Package
- £45,000 - £55,000
