SF Executive are working with a high growth and high quality products business in Worcestershire to find them a commercially sound and communicative Finance Director.
Working with the MD and owner of this £25m international business, you will bring rigour and structure to the finance team as well as strategic input and data led decision making to the boardroom.
The business in question manufactures, distributes and installs a range of products into a large, blue chip client base - their customers have huge amounts of buying power globally and our client is brilliantly positioned to deliver against increased demand in their space.
In the fullness of time, the business may go through some kind of business exit, giving the Finance Director the chance to lead this project.
You will be the CFO, FD or potentially FC of a privately owned product business and be able to clearly articulate the part you have played in your current and previous employers' success.
In an ideal world, you will have previously led or supported on a business exit and be proactively looking to do something in this vein again.
The business is predominantly office based and this isn't a hybrid role - as such you will enjoy spending time on site and not be looking for something with more than one day a week at home - on that basis you will live within an hour of Worcestershire - we won't consider candidates that need to relocate or travel excessively.
If interested, please do apply - we will get back to you within 72 hours of CV submission if there is a fit.
