We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective office management, and supporting senior management with various administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Oversee HR and finance administration
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, memos, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Manage and prioritise incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications to ensure staff are informed of company updates and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for document management.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of company records for audits and reviews.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Administrator, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
