My client is a national financial planning and wealth management business with offices in Worcester.They are currently looking for a Financial Planning Client Administrator to join their team.Duties will include:

  • Responsible for the ongoing monitoring activities including periodic reviews and ongoing transaction/ payment monitoring.
  • Review and assess existing clients to ensure that the client due diligence held on file is up to date and accurate.
  • To perform periodic reviews of existing clients in line with the client's risk rating. For example, High Risk client reviews are performed annually.
  • To ensure that client due diligence, including a full understanding of a client's overall wealth and source of fund is held on file and is up to date
  • To collect missing information (by writing to clients and/or speaking to Execs) and chasing any requested information.
  • To refresh the client risk assessment to ensure that the appropriate level of due diligence has been applied.
  • To investigate overnight screening alerts to establish if there are any changes to a client status including PEP/ RCA/ Sanctions and/ or adverse media.
  • To perform live payment monitoring to ensure activity is line with what the firm knows about the client and obtain relevant Due Diligence documentation.
