My client, a manufacturing company in Malvern, is seeking a Counterbalance FLT/Warehouse Operative on a Temp to Perm basis.
The role involves tasks such as booking in deliveries, picking components for production, and maintaining stock organization.
Candidates must possess a current counter-balance FLT license and have prior warehouse experience.
The position requires excellent communication skills and a good level of physical strength and fitness.
The pay rate is £12.78 per hour, and candidates should ideally have at least one year of relevant experience.

My client, a manufacturing company based in Malvern is looking to recruit a Counterbalance FLT/Warehouse Operative on a Temp to Perm basis.The main functions of the role include- Book-in and allocate deliveries to stock; highlighting any discrepancies, errors or quality issues to the Purchasing team. - File delivery note paperwork.- Pick and deliver components for Production - Move stock to various production areas as required - Assist with stock-taking- Liaise with Purchasing on any low stocks - Make up spares (minor assembly work) for outbound customer orders, including label-printing.- Pack / prepare goods to be dispatched, including on-loading palleted goods and using courier software- Ensure Goods-in/Goods-out areas and yard are clean and tidy; components are maintained in an orderly, well-kept and accessible manner.As a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Must have current counter-balance FLT license- Previous stores/warehouse experience.- Excellent communication skills.- A good level of physical strength and fitness is necessary to meet the requirements and demands of the role.- Methodical, with attention to detail.- Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a small team.- Capable of working with Microsoft Office and other software.The hours are Mon - Thurs 0800-1630 with a 1530 finish on FridaysThe pay-rate on offer is £12.78 per hour Keywords:FLT, Counterbalance, Stores Person, Warehouse Operative
