**What You Will Do:**
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure expectations are met during the movement of cargo.
- Obtain competitive rates for quotes by directly liaising with suppliers, ensuring efficient and accurate input onto the booking portal.
- Process bookings from customers efficiently, arranging them correctly with suppliers.
- Maintain a steady flow of information regarding all bookings, ensuring clarity and confirmation.
- Investigate and respond to any complications in cargo movement in a thorough and speedy manner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with overseas partners, ensuring market knowledge and competitive rates.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Desirable experience in customs clearance, both European and International.
- Computer literacy and adaptability to in-house systems.
- Experience within the road freight and shipping industry is desirable.
