EYFS Qualified Teacher - Worcester

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EYFS teachers for schools in Worcester to cover Short-Term, Long- Term and Day-to-Day Placements. Responsibilities:* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Reception students.* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.* Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development active* ties.Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS.)* Experience teaching in Reception / Early Years.* A solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.* The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.* Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.If you are interested in the role and want to discuss further then please apply now and I will be in touch!
