Overview

Redwood Search are recruiting a Telesales Executive working with a Worcester based consultancy. The role is for a motivated Telesales executive with a knack for building rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads and creating interest in in the services.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and client interactions.

• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

• Provide feedback and insights on customer responses to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone manner.

• Ability to handle objections and remain positive under pressure.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

• Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications.
