I am working alongside side a construction subcontractor on a ongoing project in Worcestershire. They are looking to onboard a Banksman immediately to assist in the delivery of their scheme.
Banksman responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises by checking identification and authorising entry for vehicles and personnel.
- Communicate effectively with visitors, staff, and emergency services as needed.
- Manage the flow of traffic at the entrance and exit points to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all entries and exits, including vehicle details and visitor logs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the gate area to ensure it is secure and free from hazards.
Banksman requirements;
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card.
- SSSTS.
- First aid.
- NRSWA ticket.
- Previous experience within a banksman role.
- Full UK driving licence.
