Our Public Sector client based in Worcester is looking for a strong contracts support administrator to work alongside the Senior Team on various internal projects to support their Contracts Management Team. This is a temporary role, Monday to Friday 37.00 hours per week, paying £14.22 per hour. This role will follow a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

You will be required to provide specific project administrative support for the Team. The main role responsibilities are listed below, together with any other ad hoc administration duties as required:

- Responsible for taking the administration lead on projects, taking owner ship in progressing according to department processes and timescales

- Taking charge of responding to flagged emails that may be time sensitive and/or need to be progressed to ensure the progress of projects continue at a pace

- Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of service delivery contracts with external suppliers in collaboration with the appointed operational leads. Be the go-to person for internal colleagues, offering support and advice on procurement procedures, helping with contract reviews, changes, renewals, and terminations, and collaborating with procurement teams as needed

- Supporting the Senior team with general administration processes

- Attending meetings then following up on action points raised

- Accurately inputting data and collating paperwork / forms

- Some communication with internal/external stakeholders by email and telephone

Full training will be provided. You must be well organised and have strong MS Office skills, and previous administrative experience. You should be pro-active and able to work within a team environment, yet also independently.

Please be aware that this role will require a DBS and three years referencing.
