Human Resources Coordinator (TUPE)

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

Location: Worcester

Role: Hybrid Opportunity

The HR Coordinator (TUPE) will be responsible for the compliance and administration of the employees transferring in or out of the company and will be the point of contact for any TUPE administration queries.

The HR Coordinator (TUPE) has the following responsibilities:

  • Build working relationship with Sales & Operations team members
  • On award of contracts liaise with in coming company to obtain ELI data, review and challenge any data disputes
  • Review and analyse ELI data, employee contracts and terms of employment to identify any discrepancies or potential issues, and advise HR Service Centre Manager on appropriate actions.
  • On award of contracts administrate measure letters, sending onto transferring employees
  • Administrate Right to work and DBS checks and monitor to ensure all checks have been completed by the 60 day of the TUPE transfer
  • Onboarding TUPE employees onto HR system ensuring
  • Ensure ELI data has been recorded onto the HR System
  • Provide clear and accurate information to employees regarding the legal requirements, process, and implications of TUPE.
  • Attend consultation meetings as and when required
  • Provide guidance to both management and employees regarding the TUPE process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to TUPE transfers, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant documentation, such as employee transfer agreements, letters, and new employment contracts, ensuring their accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with TUPE regulations and identify areas of improvement in the process.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in TUPE legislation, guidelines, and best practices, and provide recommendations to enhance our practices and procedures.

Requirements:
