Position: Multi Skilled Trades Plasterer
Location: Worcester, Malven/ Ledbury & Hereford
Salary: 31,737-34,461
Benefits: Van & Fuel Card, Pension, 28 days Annual Leave plus BH
Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known Social Housing company based in Worcester who are searching for a Multi Skilled Trades Plasterer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
Experience:
- You'll have significant plastering experience and at least an NVQ Level 2 in this trade
- Self-motivated
- Customer focused delivering work right first time
- You'll be experienced in delivering multi-trade work
- You will have experience in damp and mould treatment and repairs to walls and ceilings
- You will have been installing architraves, skirting plus stud walling, block, and brick work
- Experience in wall tiling and installing aqua panelling/ boarding would also be desirable
- You must be able to work alone, and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Nvq Level 2 in Plastering
- Full Uk Driving License
- DBS Check (Essential)
