Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RGN Nurse to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the night hours. Responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring patient health, updating medical records, and providing support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
- Valid NMC registration
- Proven experience in a similar role in a Care Home, preferably in a night shift capacity
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of empathy, patience, and compassion
