Sales Administrator - £25,000-£30,000 - Worcester

I am workingwith a client who is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their busy expanding Sales & Estimating Team.

The successful Sales Administrator willprovidevaluable support to the sales Team and will be responsible for producing Commercially.

Ideally seeking a passionate Sales Administrator who enjoys a fast pacedenvironment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To produce quotations on time
  • To raise any issues with quotation delays at once to senior management where specialist products may be required, or timing delays that will affect quotation deadlines.
  • To support sales representatives with virtual demonstrations proposals, quotes, bids, vendor applications, purchase orders, invoices, sales collateral and resources, regional trade shows and conferences, customer meetings, sales campaigns, CRM and customer service calls.
  • Work with sales team to reach sales goals.
  • To maintain up to date records on Office net to show management of all Tenders.
  • Support duties of the sales team and provide clerical support where needed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of business product offerings.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer enquiries.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years previous experience as an administrator supporting a sales team.
  • Ideally worked within the engineering or construction industry
  • Excellentcommunication skills both verbally and written
  • Excellent Customer service and professionalism
  • Ability to be able to prioritise and multi-task in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and follow through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft package and CRM

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
