Sales Administrator – Retail Sales TeamLocation: WorcesterSalary: £22,000 - £24,000 Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday - Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm) The OpportunityOur client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their Retail Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming customer enquiries, resolving service issues, and providing excellent support.
  • Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing and managing monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Stock checking and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability.
  • Assisting with the creation of display boards for retail customers.
  • Organising and maintaining customer files and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
 About You
  • Experience in sales administration or customer service roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and tables.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to assist in practical tasks like assembling display boards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
