- Handling incoming customer enquiries, resolving service issues, and providing excellent support.
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and managing monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
- Stock checking and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability.
- Assisting with the creation of display boards for retail customers.

- Experience in sales administration or customer service roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and tables.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to assist in practical tasks like assembling display boards.
